Training of staff in powdercoating and liquid painting :

As a result of insufficient level of training, staff changes, usage of temporary workers, reorganization, corporate blindness, etc., the full potential of an installation often goes unrealized.
In practice, we see too many cases where maximum productive capacity is not attained, where the quality of the pre-treatment and the coating is insufficient, where there is unnecessary usage of energy and raw materials.

A coating-plant will never perform better than the person who is controlling it. In other words, by improving the knowledge of the people working with the equipment, the final results will also improve.

Knowledge improvement

Because we are involved in the construction of many new installations, and we also work in different operational installations, there will be no chance of "corporate blindness". This enables us to update the knowledge of your staff, from providing tips and advice, to improving the working methods, improving the way of hanging, to efficient handling of raw materials and energy.

Workshops

In addition, we also offer custom-made workshops, which can vary from reinforcing existing knowledge, to providing complete theoretical and practical training. These workshops are given on-site, so the theory can always be compared with daily practice.
